German kids are bad for the show

So we got through our first live cast and it was a little awkward. I felt like I was distracted the whole time. I was kinda out of the conversation and more into what was going on with the camera and the chat. It's something I'm going to have to get use to.
So it's official, Jon is our new co-host. I think Jon brings a lot to the show. He's one of the funniest guys I know and he seems to really like doing the show.
With the new live feed comes a new way to communicate with us. Every Thursday when we go live at 8:30EST you can call in the show using Skype on your computer. Our Skype name is minordetailpodcast.

What a week in news

Wow, we just got done recording episode 19 tonight and man we covered a lot of news stories. There's a lot of shit that happened in the last few weeks. That's good because it gives us a whole bunch to talk about. Also, I made some bumpers for the show that I'm pretty happy with that'll hopefully get us some votes at Podcast Alley and maybe some donations. Friday show

We moved the show to friday this week so Amy and Doug can come out from Atlanta to join us. Although I look at the clock and see that it's now saturday. Well there's a reason for that. After the show we went out. Amy, Doug, Richard, Michael, Brian, and I all headed to a shitty hole in the wall bar called "The Back Porch." To be honest with you I'm not exactly sure that that's the correct name for the place. I think a couple years back they renamed the place "Nick's." Either way it's a shitty bar. They had a horrible band playing bad covers of Black Sabbath tunes. The nachos that Doug ordered and shared with us were alright though which led to an awkward line by me as we left; "Hey man, Thanks for letting me munch on your nachos." For some reason that just sounds wrong. After a short time at this shit hole we decided to go to a much cooler Irish pub down the street, although Amy and Doug thought they'd better head back downtown. So Richard, Michael, Brian, and I all headed to "Johnnie MacCracken's" The place is cool. I've been there a handful of times before, yet I'd yet to discover that they have a pretty kick ass back patio. The best part about this place is that they play some awesome music. A lot of Irish punk, Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly. So anyway, I'm drunk but I'm home and I've uploaded episode 18. Now enjoy!
